How women hold themselves back?

Some interesting (if self-serving and somewhat simplistic) advice from Learnvest CEO Alexa Von Tobel.

While some may find inspiration in her story, others will question whether a Harvard graduate still in her salad days that started her own company is well-placed to be giving advice on how to work your way up the ladder. My advice would be to get an Ivy League education, have a good business idea, raise US$4.5m in capital. You’ll be peeing in the executive washroom before your 30th birthday, I guarantee it.

I mean, would you take career advice from Mark Zuckerberg?!
