ExecConnect is an informal networking group for executive and senior-level professionals in the Cayman Islands managed by CML Offshore Recruitment. ExecConnect has proudly grown to have over 200 members and counting, showcasing a diverse array of leaders across many sectors in Cayman, including but not limited to finance, professional services, technology, tourism and government. This dynamic group is dedicated to fostering connections among top-level executives and policymakers, promoting dialogue and collaboration across different industries.

What to Expect

  • Who can join?

    Membership is open to business owners with 5 or more employees and/or executive/senior-level professionals. At ExecConnect, we want the business community to empower each other and promote professional development throughout. Therefore, if you are not sure if you meet the criteria or have questions about membership, please reach out.

  • When do you meet?

    ExecConnect meets monthly at choice locations across George Town and the Seven Mile Beach area. Monthly meetings include breakfast, lunch, or drinks, and you can choose any of these depending on your preference and availability. Typically each meeting lasts about 90 minutes, however you are welcome to stay and keep the conversation going if you wish. But if you do have to rush off, split cheques are requested as each member pays their own food and drinks at the meeting they attend

  • Where do you meet?

    An example of some of our more common locations are Ragazzi, ICOA, Anchor & Den, GTYC, Lobster Pot, Blue Cilantro, SW Collective, Island Naturals and Union Grill and Bar. 

  • What are the meetings like?

    Each meeting typically has 4-8 attendees, including a host from CML. Ideally, with ExecConnect always growing, the aim is to meet and get to know someone you did not know before and build out your connections on the island across industries. 

  • What does it cost to join?

    Currently there are no fees to join Exec Connect. However, each member does pay their own cheque for food and drinks at the meeting they attend.  

Annual Events

Once a year, CML sponsors an all-member happy hour, fostering camaraderie and networking among all of its members. In addition to this all-membership event, CML enriches the calendar year with presentations on topics of interest to our membership that are free to attend, but non-compulsory.


New events are continuously added throughout the year, catering to the interests and needs of our members and ensuring that CML remains a vibrant and resourceful community for professional growth and development.

Permanent Residency Workshops

Tailored sessions that demystify the process of obtaining permanent residency, featuring expert speakers and comprehensive guidance.

Recruitment Challenges Forums
