Consultation: It all starts with a consultation, so that we can get to know your business, how you operate, and your work permit management needs.
New Permit Notification: When you have a need for a new work permit, you inform your assigned account manager of all details pertaining to the new hire via a simple form. Your account manager will then be in touch regarding the next steps/any additional information needed.
We will monitor the progress of each application and notify you of the ongoing status of any applications. We will also follow up with the department of WORC as necessary so that you’re always informed.
Approvals: Once approved, we will electronically send a copy of the work permit approval letter to you for your files.
Deferrals: In the case of a deferred work permit, your account manager will notify you of the reason and prepare and submit any deferral response letters.
Policy Updates: Our team will liaise with the Department of WORC on your behalf and update you on any new policies and procedures. Chase any outstanding correspondence/refunds etc.
Advertising: Our team can handle the whole advertising process should you wish, including posting on Jobs Cayman.
Drafting: Your account manager will draft cover letters and pre-fill applications on the Company’s behalf to maximize the successful approval of applications. All that’s left for you to do is review the cover letter and approve for final submission.
Submission: Once you're happy with the application, our team will either hand deliver or send electronically the application file to the Department of WORC and inform you once submitted.
Your account manager will contact you twelve weeks prior to work permit expiry with a list of documents to be collated and details of any applicable Government fees.
We will then liaise with each employee or the HR Department directly prior to work permit renewal to ensure we collect and complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
