- Project (or Service) kick-off meeting to discuss the specific overall process, timeline, expectations, challenges, and goals/milestones of this project/service.
- Execution of project/service support as per agreed terms
- Periodic check-ins with client, ensuring adherence to the pre-agreed terms. Application of changes if necessary.
