With commitment and teamwork, our team placed Kim as a Banking Operations Assistant in July 2011. Today, we decided to speak with Kim to get a glimpse into how she is doing in her new role and her wise advice.

Kim’s Experience & Advice

Firstly, I would like to thank Louise and Tiffany for all of the effort and commitment they both put into getting me a job. I must say I absolutely love my new job and my position. I finally feel at ease knowing that I am employed and comfortable where I am.
The people I work with are very nice and easygoing, just like myself. Today was my second day and I am proud to say that I am ALREADY processing work and getting hands-on training.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell all unemployed job seekers “DON’T GIVE UP” no matter how hard it gets, it will only get harder if you give up. Have faith and don’t take no for an answer.

Not every job is perfect for everyone, but there is a place and position somewhere perfect for you. Market yourself, learn as much as you can, and have your resume with you always!

I am finally back in the working world after months of no work because giving up was not an option for me. I would like to thank CML Offshore Recruitment for not giving up on me as well. CML is changing lives and making a lot of good things happen. May God bless you for your good works.
