About the Company: 
A well-known firm on island is looking for a Financial Controller to help mentor and develop a team while maintaining a positive work environment. 

About the Opportunity:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all quarterly and monthly reporting and financial systems including ensuring accounting records and reports are accurate. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Controller will prepare and provide information for Group reporting, budget analyses and cash flows.

About You:
You will likely have worked as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller for an insurance or reinsurance company and possess strong technical accounting skills. You will be responsible for managing the external audit process against deadlines and managing all internal finance controls to make appropriate recommendations for improvement as well as keeping track of cash flows and cash balance requirements.
