Rosie holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences degree and is an Associate CIPD Member with a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice. Rosie is also a member of the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP) and 100 Women In Finance (100WF). 

A core aspect of Rosie's role is matching skilled candidates to suitable opportunities by assessing professional experience and understanding individual goals and expectations. Rosie also takes the time to learn about the needs of her clients in terms of staffing and recruitment – from detailing specific job responsibilities to team environment and organisational culture. Rosie believes these elements are essential in ensuring a perfect long-term fit on both sides!
