Mia joined us as an Immigration Apprentice here at CML in 2023, where she specializes in helping clients navigate the immigration process. During this 24-month immigration-weighted apprenticeship programme, Mia works primarily within the Immigration Services department of CML but also has exposure and a chance to work with the recruitment and HR Consulting departments to round out her HR experience. 

 

As an apprentice with CML, Mia’s day-to-day work involves supporting her colleagues in various immigration-related tasks for clients from diverse backgrounds. She takes pride in providing high-quality and personalized services to each client, ensuring that their immigration process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
