Jada is the first-ever graduate of the CML Apprenticeship Programme, where she worked within the FS Recruitment team. During this 24-month HR rotational program, Jada received training in all things recruitment, immigration, and HR. During her apprenticeship, she also completed a Certificate in HR Management from the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals ('CISHRP' ) and obtained her Associate Professional in Human Resources – International (aPHRi) qualification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

 

Having finished her apprenticeship in September 2023 and being promoted to Recruitment Administrator in the Financial Services team, Jada then accepted a move in April 2024 to the position of Immigration & HR Assistant where she now works with the Immigration & HR Consulting teams at CML.

 

With eight years prior experience working in the customer service field alongside her university studies in social sciences, Jada brings a warm welcome to all individuals and clients interested in working with the CML team for their many Immigration & HR needs and queries.
