Hannah began her career in recruitment at our sister company Nova Recruitment back in 2018 where she started as the first ever 'Tomorrow's HR Talent' Recruitment Apprentice. After completing her apprenticeship in 2020, Hannah expanded her interests in supporting individuals with their careers by co-founding Connect by Nova, a non-profit providing free career development and training resources to the local Cayman community.

Hannah continues to work in the Nova Recruitment team, focusing on the recruitment of administrative professionals within legal and financial services industries in Cayman; in this capacity she often supports the CML Legal Recruitment team with legal support professionals as well.

She received her Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals since 2020.
