Graham has been recruiting lawyers for offshore law firms for 15 years. He began his career with a global recruitment firm in London before spending 10 years in the Cayman Islands. Graham holds an LLB and the LPC.

Since joining CML in 2013, Graham has built a reputation as one of the leading offshore legal recruiters, working with the best-known law firms in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, BVI & the Channel Islands. He recruits attorneys from all levels from Associate to Partner covering private practice and in-house markets. Graham relocated back to the UK in 2023 where he now operates as an independent consultant to CML.
