Emma is a dedicated Client Relationship Officer at CML, where she plays a crucial role in supporting the Immigration Team. With a primary focus on residency services, Emma-Jane also manages a select portfolio of clients requiring work permit management services.

In addition to her role within immigration, Emma supports the operations team, providing invaluable assistance to our managing director and business process manager on key projects, office management and client relations. In this capacity, Emma is in charge of coordinating our networking program for executives, ExecConnect.

Her extensive experience in communications and client relations, combined with her deep understanding of immigration processes, makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

When not at the office, you can find Emma underwater (she used to be a Dive Instructor!) or off listening to EDM/House music with a nice glass of rosé.
