Bailey joined CML in 2019 and assists the Financial Services team from Denver, Colorado.

Bailey graduated with a Degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Human Resources. Bailey enjoys an active lifestyle and actually became an advanced certified scuba diver over six years ago in the Cayman Islands. With family on island and having lived there previously herself, she knows Cayman well and is passionate about sharing information with candidates she meets.

Bailey is the liaison between clients and candidates while also helping her team find great talent. From building connections with candidates in the early stages, to finding out their needs and working exclusively with them to showcase their attributes to our clients, she enjoys helping professionals secure their dream roles on this gorgeous island.
